		<description>I completely agree.  It&#039;s not great, but they have to.  They&#039;ll be damaged if either leave.  Jay&#039;s probably already damaged enough.  If they want to hold on to what audience they have they really need to stick and suck it up.  There are too many other options, and a ton of late night shows out there now.  It&#039;s not like the beginning of the decade when you only had the major networks to choose from.  There are dozens of alternatives.  If they go, a lot of their audience probably will and they&#039;ll be unemployed shortly.</description>
